Why this exists
On a no-colocation Kite + DO setup the edge is analytics + relative-value, held to convergence — not speed. Before routing a rupee, we record every cost-survivable signal here and (next) compare it to what actually happened, so we learn which edges truly clear the retail cost stack + 1–2s execution.
This tape does NOT place orders. Per the hard rules, orders route only through KRATOS (paper-first, operator-reviewed). The signals.intended routing path is being coordinated with KRATOS and stays gated until their ingest contract + operator sign-off.
Strategies on the tape: cash&carry (TAKE), calendar (score ≥ 70), vol-arb straddle (SHORT/LONG).
